Basil Chicken Piccata
I love chicken piccata. There’s something about the perfect lemony, garlicky, buttery sauce that gets me every time. This recipe is so easy to make and is impressive on the plate. It’s also easy to make a gluten-free version using gluten-free flour and gluten-free chicken broth, or by just skipping the flour entirely. If you don’t use flour, remember that you’ll need a thickening agent for the sauce, or just reduce it a bit longer.
